FASD Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder & Child Nutrition

Openly I share any teachings I carry feather, the seven grandfather, drumming and singing, zhiishiigwaans (rattles), nibii (water). I am artist of water colour, acrylic, oil, music and indigenous crafts. I am a writer of self healing and emotional grounding. I encourage good shopping skills and how to prepare meals in workshops. I enjoy family and friends and encourage gatherings as much as possible. I thoroughly enjoy doing presentations and public speaking as well as co-ordinating events.

My program supports individuals living with and caring for Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders. This may cover a range of help and support as an advocate to ensure the individuals are receiving the best benefits that are available to them. It can mean taking some of the difficult and time consuming task of writing many, many applications they encounter. Individuals are encouraged be a part of the community and live a healthy well balanced life. It also includes a child nutrition portion where I can provide many awesome and delicious recipes. If someone is interested in learning about making mocktails and enjoying the social life without alcohol I provide these workshops as well. I offer a wide range of techniques and applications to balance all the necessities of life. Sharing and including all in circles, ceremonies, and cultural events to ensure a well rounded balanced harmony. I encourage all to provide feed back if something isn’t working lets take another approach after all we are all unique and what may have worked for one may not work for another.

The ages for my program is for ages “0-99 yrs of age.
