This program assists Indigenous adults, seniors, disabled people, and chronically ill children with:
- Long-term care
- Medical Transportation
- Advocacy
- Referrals
- Friendly visiting
- Congregate dining
- Security checks
- Indigenous supports
They also organize outings, activities, education, programming and socialization for their clients. We have two dedicated Life Long Care program workers here to help.
